ADL Mild Cheddar
ADL Mild Cheddar is made from pasteurized cow's milk and carefully aged for about 3 months, during which it develops a subtle milky flavour and slightly springy texture. It has a bright and smooth surface of light yellow or orange colour. Flavours are slightly acidic with a light taste of butter. Enjoy the cheddar on a slice of apple pie and with a glass of Red Wine.
