Ailsa Craig (locally known as 'Paddy's Milestone')named after the landmark island in the Firth of Clyde is a Scottish cheese made from pasteurized goat's milk. Produced by Dunlop Dairy, at Clerkland Farm, Stewarton, Scotland, this rock shaped cheese is wrapped like a parcel. This fluffy, beautifully crafted cheese is creamy in taste with goaty flavour and instantly melts in the mouth.
