Baby Katherine
Baby Katherine is a semi-hard cheese made from unpasteurized goat's milk. The cheese is matured for around two months and regularly washed in local Somerset Cider Brandy to develop its flavor. This cheese features a firm texture with a complex and savory flavor. Baby Katherine can be grated on top of pasta, salads, or various meals. The cheese earned a silver award at the British Cheese Awards in 2024.
