Beach Box Brie

Beach Box Brie is an artisan cheese made from Jersey milk made by BoatShed Cheese based in Mornington Peninsula, Melbourne, Australia. During maturation, at the age of two weeks it is rolled in ash that gives it a grey rind. The cheese becomes delicious and oozy with a golden interior as it ages.
