Beauvale

Beauvale is a soft blue cheese made by Cropwell Bishop Creamery Ltd in England. The cheese is made using pasteurised full-fat cow's milk, salt and animal rennet. This mellow blue cheese with a natural thin coat has won 'Best Cheese' at the 2020 Great British Food Awards. Beauvale is a great table cheese and goes well with crackers, bread, salad or fruit, pasta or grilled meat.
