Bettine Grand Cru is a very famous cheese and it was chosen as "2006 Best Cheese of the World", in annual Nantwich International Cheese Show held in England. Made from Pasteurised goat’s milk, cheese is matured for 10months. This medium hard, light coloured cheese offers spicy flavour. This special cheese goes good with a glass of wine.
