Bianco
Bianco is a semi-hard cheese from Bergader, made with mountain farmers' milk from the Bavarian Alps. It is a traditional Bavarian craftsman recipe with buttery mild flavours and creamy melting characteristics. Available in a variety of flavours, the cheese is highly suitable for toasting or baking over "au gratin" dishes. It is also popular as a breakfast cheese for children. All Bergader cheeses (except Edelpilz and Bonifaz "Wild Mushrooms") are lactose and gluten-free.
