Blu del Moncenisio originates from a picturesque village in the Province of Turin, near the Moncenisio Pass in Val di Susa, close to the French-Italian border. This classic Piedmontese cheese is aged for about four months, developing a dense, moist texture and a spicy finish. It's an excellent dessert cheese, pairing beautifully with Muscat or Sauternes, and also shines when served with a spicy chutney.
