Blue Lupine is a natural rinded raw goat's milk cheese aged for just over 3 months. It is a blue cheese with a dense, creamy interior and a flavour profile that boasts of medium intensity blue tang, forward goaty nose and clean finish. The cheese pairs well with Champagne and Cider.
