This cheese is currently unavailable on official site. Brutal Wedge is a raw cow's milk blue cheese, aged for three years in Rogue Creamery's historic caves. It has deep green veining and a mature flavour with a strong funk that appeals mainly to blue cheese lovers. But it also has a woodsiness and peppery bite with all the creaminess that Rogue blues are known for.
