The Buff Blue cheese is made from buffalo milk and is one of its kind in the region. The rich buffalo milk imparts a distinct flavour and texture to this cheese with blue undertones. This cheese suggests a taste of coconut, chocolate and smoke and can be enjoyed with imperial Russian stout or rich porters.
