Buttermilk Gorgonzola

Buttermilk Gorgonzola is another blue cheese from Emmi Roth which is inspired from Italian style blue cheese. It is aged for a minimum of 90 days. This blue cheese boasts of a complex, peppery finish with a strong piquant flavour. Pairs nicely with Gin Martinis, Chianti, Pale Ales. It is delicious when served as salad dressings or when stirred onto Risotto.
