Cacio De Roma®
Cacio de Roma® is an Italian semi-soft, sheep's milk cheese made in the countryside of Rome, Italy. The cheese is consumed in many regions of Italy. This cheese in the form of a small round is known as caciotta. The cheese is aged for about one month, during which it develops a mild and sweet flavour and semi-firm texture. It is a classic table cheese with the aroma of sheep's milk and can be enjoyed as a snack, eaten with salad, pizza, and pasta. Since it melts very well, it is used in everyday cooking.
