Cacow Belle is a seasonal cheese with just the perfect combination of cheddar, chocolate and spice. It blends Lillie Belle Farm Artisan Chocolates with Rogue Creamery's handmade cheddar. Flavours are savoury, sweet and spicy, with a note of heat at the finish. Aged for over 30 days, Cacow Belle is hand cut and made using rBST free milk. Pair it with freshly brewed coffee, a vintage tawny port, Barolo Amarone or a Riesling.
