Camembert des Camarades is a bloomy rind cheese made in the style of Camembert from pasteurized cow's milk and cream. It has a soft paste complemented by a fresh butter, nut and corn flavour. Pair a Bordeaux (red) or Blonde Ale to go with the creaminess of the cheese.
