Crescenza is a pasteurized Jersey cow's milk cheese produced by Bellwether Farms in Sonoma County, California. Originally from Italy, this classic Italian cheese is also made in other parts of the world. This soft-ripened cheese becomes creamier and develops flavors of lemon and yeast as it ages. Spread it on walnut bread, drizzle it with fine olive oil and herbs, or melt it on pizza and flatbread. It pairs well with Pinot Grigio, dry Riesling, or wheat beer.
