Delamere Medium Hard Goats cheese is a smooth and tasty goat's cheese matured for between four and six months to give it a well-defined flavour. Made with pasteurised milk, the cheese is very versatile and can be served on crackers or in sandwiches. It works well in cooking in creamy sauces as well as makes a brilliant addition to any cheeseboard. Delamere Medium Goats Cheese has won Bronze at the 2014 World Cheese Awards.
