Délice des Crémiers
Délice des Crémiers, which translates to "Creamy Delight," is a double-cream cheese made by the Delin Creamery in the Burgundy region of France. This cheese matures in cellars for a minimum of three weeks, resulting in an exceptionally rich and luxurious product, thanks to the addition of cream, double cream, and crème fraîche. Its interior is delectably soft, spreadable, and velvety smooth, with a slight tangy hint of lemon. It's the perfect companion to a glass of champagne!
