Denhany Dorset Drum

The production of this cheese has ceased. Denhany Dorset Drum is a small version of the traditional Denhay Cheddar that won a silver medal at the British Cheese Awards. It is a hard cow’s milk cheese with a chewy and dense texture. For the cheese to ripen fully, it takes 6-9 months. With an excellent nutty flavour, it can be served with Rioja.
