A soft cow’s milk cheese, Dessertnyj Belyj is produced in Russia. With a fat content of 40%, it is a cheese for non-vegetarians. Another variety of this cheese is sprinkled with Penicillium candidum and the maturation lasts 10 days and this provides it with a bloomy rind.
