DORBLU (D'or blu), which means "blue gold" in French, is a blue cheese made using pasteurized cow's milk, made by Käserei Champignon, Lauben/Allgäu, Germany. The cheese is white-yellow in colour, with blue veins throughout the paste. It has a smooth consistency with a spicy flavour. DORBLU Classichas a delicate flavour and a creamy consistency. The creamy taste is enhanced with a note of piquancy. It goes well with salads and snacks. DORBLU Royal Bluis mildly savoury and piquant with a creamy consistency that melts in the mouth. It is used in sauces and soups, and other dishes.
