Driftwood, an award-winning, goat's milk cheese log with an ash coating, is produced in the Somerset region in England. The texture is mousse-like when young, but it becomes rich and creamy as the cheese matures. The flavours are characterized by citrusy notes and saltiness. This cheese is suitable for vegetarians. The cheese has won a silver medal at the World Cheese Awards 2019 and the British Cheese Awards 2018.
