Duckett's Caerphilly

Made by Westcombe Dairy, this is one of the UK’s finest Caerphilly cheeses. It boasts wonderful grass-like tones with a soft chocolate note during certain times of the year, which transitions to a subtle mushroom note depending on the season. Caerphilly is one of the styles of cheese in which you can really see the wonderful seasonal variation. The cheese is made using unpasteurized milk from the farm's Holstein-Friesian herd, and traditional animal rennet is used as is traditional with this cheese and this style of cheese.
