Fresh Chevre is a pasteurized goat's milk cheese prepared using the traditional French method. This handmade cheese is fresh, light-textured, a rindless similar to cream cheese. Fresh Chèvre is mild and fresh with complex flavours. This tangy goat cheese is available in different flavours depending on the ingredients used while preparing the cheese.
