Gran Bù
Gran Bù is an Italian hard cheese made with full-fat unpasteurized buffalo milk by Quattro Portoni in Bergamo, Italy. The cheese is aged for eight months. This is straw-yellow-coloured cheese with sporadic holes and a yellowish rind. The flavour is milky and delicate with a sweet finish.
