Harvest is a semi hard smear ripened goat's cheese made 100% goat milk. It is washed several times and rested for 4 – 6 weeks due to which it develops a rusty red appearance and intense flavours. This dense cheese offers a soft pliable texture with clean herbaceous mouthfill that shows off the quality of the milk.
