As the name suggests, Heidi Farm Aged Cheese is matured for 18 months to develop the pronounced flavours of a Reggiano along with a flaky texture, traditional crystalline formations and superb intense nuttiness. The large 25 kg wheels of Aged Heidi provide whiffs of a strong aroma that comes from the long maturation process.
