A Swiss cheese with a seasonal availability from Canton of Thurgau is made from raw cow milk with a long tradition handed down from generations to generations. It's texture is compact with a buttery flavour, brown crust and with unmistakable scent. The seasoning can vary from 3 to 10 months.
