Isle of Mull
Isle of Mull cheese is a traditional farmhouse cheddar made on the island of Mull, just off the Scottish West Coast. This hard cheese is made using raw cows' milk that are fed on spent whiskey grains, giving the cheese a sharp, tangy and fruity flavour. The Isle of Mull is dry in texture.
