Kashta

Kashta, (also known as kishta, qishta, ghishta, or ashta) is a delectable Middle Eastern milk product that is extremely heavy on the cream. It is produced from heated milk and has a 60-day refrigerated shelf life. It is used in cooking as well, eaten on its own with honey. The rich, creamy texture of Kashta is extremely hard to resist.
