L'Ecir de l'Aubrac

Made from cow's milk in the region of Auvergne, the cheese has a white crust and a yellow pâte. The flavour of the cheese suggests honey and mountain flowers. It is delicious with a glass of wine, for example Condrieu blanc or Marcillac rouge Suze.
