La Couronne - Fort Aged Comté is made from unpasteurized cow's milk, produced by Marcel Petite at Fort Saint Antoine in the Franche Comte region, France. The cheese is matured in the damp underground cellars that gives a rich, nutty texture, lingering flavour and caramel sweetness.
