Smoked Lancashire, a variation of 'Creamy Lancashire,' is produced with unpasteurized cow's milk at Mrs Kirkham's Lancashire Cheese farm in England. Slowly smoked over wild hickory branches, this cheese acquires a savoury, smoky flavour while maintaining a creamy yet crumbly texture.
