Largo

Largo meaning "board" in Italian, is a triple-cream cheese made with pasteurized cow's milk cheese produced by Andante Dairy in California, United States. It is very similar to La Bouille, a French cheese. The cheese is a combination of the rich Jersey milk and crème fraîche. When fully aged the Largo is nutty, smooth and soft on the tongue with hints of mushroom. Flavours are pleasant and sweet with a delicious, long finish.
