Le Reflet de Portneuf is a soft, washed-rind cheese made from pasteurized milk and cream. Inspired by Quebec's reputation for producing fine cheeses, Le Reflet de Portneuf has achieved the perfect balance of mushroom, cream and fresh butter flavours. The cheese will pair well with a Cabernet Sauvignon or Indian Pale Ale.
