Legato

Legato is a Camembert-based soft pasteurized cow's milk cheese made by Andante Dairy in California, United States. It is aged for a minimum of three weeks during which the taste becomes quite strong while texture softens. The full-flavoured Legato pairs well with light red wines, dry Rosé wines, and Lager or Saison beers. You can also choose to go with Brut Sparkling wines. Fruits such as grapes, or melon and good bread make a nice contrast with Legato.
