Lingot Saint Bousquet d'Orb

The monks of the Saint Bousquet d'Orb monastery in Hérault have made this little goat's cheese "Lingot" for centuries. Produced from milk that is particularly tasty, due to the vegetation of the region, Lingot gives off a subtle aroma of undergrowth and a herb taste of thyme and rosemary.
