Llanboidy

This is an award winning Cheddar cheese made from pasteurised cow's milk. It has a smooth, firm texture with a buttery and spicy flavour. It has a smooth grassy aroma and complements beef dishes. Affination takes two to four weeks. It is also used as a table cheese. This cheese is best accompanied by a fine Red wine.
