Magna

Magna is a firm blue cheese made from unpasteurized cow's milk. It has a well balanced round flavour with a definite saltiness. It is flavoursome without being pungent. This award winning cheese is a Triple Medallist in the SM in Mathantverk and gold medal winner at the World Cheese Awards 2013. Contains about 34% fat.
