Mahoe Aged Gouda

Mahoe Aged Gouda is a yellow soft cow's milk cheese made by Mahoe Farmhouse Cheese in New Zealand. The cheese has a nutty flavour and feels buttery in the mouth. This cheese has chewy and firm texture and it goes well with Cabernet Sauvignon.
