Manchego Gran Reserva
Gran Reserva (Manchego Gran Reserva) produced at Dehesa de Los Llanos estate in Albacete, Spain, is an artisan cheese made with raw milk from the Manchego sheep bred. Aged for at least 9 months, the cheese develops a slightly piquant, intense taste, a lovely lingering finish and a flaky and firm texture.
