Margot
Margot is a semi-soft cheese made from pasteurized cow's milk in Piemonte, Italy. During production, it is washed with Margot Blonde Ale, which contains wheat gluten. After maturing for over 30 days, the cheese develops an inedible, washed rind. This beer-infused cheese offers a rich, full-flavored profile with a delicate balance of malty sweetness and subtle bitterness.
