Millstone

Millstone is a hard, rough-coated sheep's milk cheese made by Wooton Organic Dairy, Somerset, England. Made using organic, unpasteurized milk this rustic looking cheese is semi-hard in texture with delicate flavour when young. As it ages over 10 months, the cheese becomes harder, dryer and crumblier.
