MouCo Truffello is a Camembert-style cheese infused with black truffles. This soft, surface-ripened cheese is made from pasteurized cow’s milk. Its creamy, buttery texture and earthy black truffle flavor melt in the mouth. When fully aged (up to 7 to 8 weeks), it develops a velvety texture, a rich, earthy truffle aroma, and deeply savory, nutty flavors.
