Lyburn Lightly Oak Smoked is derived from Lyburn Gold, featuring a washed rind curd with fewer eyes, a smoother texture, and a light, delicate flavor. This variant is lightly smoked for a couple of days, resulting in a beautifully soft-tasting cheese. Lyburn Lightly Oak Smoked earned a Bronze at the British Cheese Awards 2024.
