Old Burford

Old Burford is a mould-ripened cheese made by Wooton Organic Dairy, Somerset, England. Made using organic, unpasteurized Jersey cow's milk that gives a deep golden colour with a rich and creamy taste. This beautifully flavoured cheese can be eaten when 3 to 8 weeks old. Old Burford is soft and smooth in texture, with runny interior.
