Organic Fitness

A dieter's delight with only 35% fat, Organic Fitness is a semi-hard cheese from Käserebellen, made from daily-fresh organic hay-milk processed on organic farms in the valley of the Großes Walsertal, the forest of the Bregenzerwald and the Bavarian Allgäu. This "allergy friendly" cheese is 100% GMO-free and without fermented foodstuffs. It's got a great fine, mildly spicy flavour and soft, yellowish pate, developed over three months of maturing.
