Paesanella Fresh Ricotta
Paesanella's Traditional Ricotta is a byproduct of cheese production, using whey from bocconcini/mozzarella. In contrast, their Fresh Pure Milk Ricotta follows a traditional Neapolitan recipe, made from fresh milk alone. It is more creamier and sweeter than other Ricotta cheese.
