Produced by Romaniae Terrae, Pecorino Romagnolo is an Italian cheese made with highly selected sheep's milk, pasteurized at optimum temperature. It is a tender, ivory coloured compact cheese that is silky and delicate to the palate. The aroma is pronounced thanks to the sheep's milk.
