Pong's Extraordinary…Cheddar cheese is unique cheese with a deep vintage 'melt-in-the-mouth' flavour and a crunchy texture that is matured by hand for 12-18 months. The cheese is made using pasteurized cow's milk with vegetarian rennet and is coated in wax as a cube.
